How to generate a strong password locally
Choose Random characters or Passphrase, then generate. Randomness comes from the browser Web Crypto API, not Math.random(). You can mint up to 100 passwords at once, copy them all, or export a TXT file.
Use random mode for new accounts, rotations, and test environments. Use a passphrase of unrelated words when you must type the secret by hand. For important accounts, prefer a random string stored in a password manager.

Is an online password generator safe? Does it save my password?
Generation runs in the browser. The password is not uploaded as product data. After you close the tab, results are not stored on the server. Copy or export anything you want to keep.
What is the difference between a random password and a passphrase?
A random character string is best for a password manager: 16 characters by default, mixing upper and lower case, digits, and symbols. A passphrase is several words plus a separator, easier to type by hand. Both are generated on this device.
How long should a strong password be?
This tool allows 6 to 128 characters; the default is 16. For important accounts use at least 16 characters and all character classes. A passphrase should use four or more random words so it stays strong and still typeable.
How do I check password strength after generating?
This page shows a strength bar. To compare against a weak-password denylist and see entropy plus risk hints, sign in and use the password strength checker. The password under test stays in the browser there as well.
